PROGRAMME REQUIREMENTS

To apply for this Citizenship by Investment Programme, you must fulfil ONE of the following investment options. You must also meet other requirements:

OPTION 1: DONATE TO THE SUSTAINABLE ISLAND STATE CONTRIBUTION (SISC)

A SISC donation to the Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis starts at $250,000 for a single applicant, increases to $275,000 with a dependent under 18, and reaches $300,000 if adding a dependent over 18.

OPTION 2: INVEST IN PROPERTY

The Developer’s Real Estate Option requires a minimum investment of $325,000 in an approved real estate project, with ownership of the property for at least seven years. This property may only be resold once, specifically to a new Citizenship by Investment (CBI) participant.

Alternatively, an Approved Private Home—either a condo or a single-family home—also qualifies for the CBI program. In this case, the minimum investment is $325,000 for a condo and $600,000 for a single-family home.

Ownership of the private home must also be maintained for at least seven years. After this period, resale to a CBI applicant requires Federal Cabinet approval. Additionally, substantial further investment is expected through construction, renovations, or other improvements.

OPTION 3. CONTRIBUTE TO AN APPROVED PUBLIC BENEFIT PROJECT

Invest at least $250,000 in a project that boosts local employment and, also, transfers all real estate to the State on completion.

Application Process

MONTHS 1-2

Onboarding process:

After initial screening, we’ll present you with a Client Agreement (CA) to examine and sign. We ensure this process is as straightforward as navigating a table of contents.

After we receive your signed agreement and the retainer fee, our processing team takes over, completing necessary government forms and assembling supporting documents. Should you opt for property investment, we will organize the sales and purchase agreement with the developer, coordinating with both the property developer and the St Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) on your behalf.

For clear and efficient handling, we conduct a comprehensive review of your application prior to submission, ensuring it aligns with the CIU’s standards. Our ongoing collaboration with the CIU is designed to facilitate a prompt and smooth processing experience.

Months 2-3

Application review and submission:

Prior to the submission of your documents, we undertake a detailed review of your application to confirm that it meets all requirements set by the CIU. After this, our processing team will carry out their final verifications.

The CIU also performs its own due diligence checks. We will maintain close communication with them to ensure a seamless progression of your application.

The Citizenship by Investment process now mandates interviews for the main applicant and any dependents over the age of 16. Applicants are required to attend these interviews solo, without legal representatives or other support individuals. These interviews can be conducted either online or in person, and certified translators will be provided if needed.

MONTHS 6-12

Certificate of Registration issued:

The Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) reviews your application, and once approved, you’ll make the required contributions and pay all government fees, including due diligence charges.

Afterward, you must collect your Certificate of Registration (COR) in person, either in St. Kitts or at an approved consulate or embassy.

Only after receiving the COR can you apply for a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport.
